Chatham Keep Farming
The Chatham Agricultural Partnership (CAP) was formed by the Chatham Town Board to implement the recommendations from the Chatham Keep Farming study that are included in the comprehensive plan. The overall goal is to maintain a sustainable agricultural community and economy in Chatham.
