Chatham Business Alliance Kicks Off Its 2009 Calendar Photo Contest.

Submit your prettiest, most fun, most artistic and most scenic photographs, in all seasons, showing the charm, beauty and uniqueness of the Chatham area. Winning photos will be posted in the CBA window on Main Street during Summerfest (July 11) and also put on the CBA webwite.  The photos will be judged on originality, how well the photos said ‘this is what makes Chatham special,' and the composition and clarity of the photos. 

Photos may be color or black and white, and may be submitted as prints or digitally. Entries are limited to three (3) photos per person. Professional and non-professional photographers may enter. While both digital and film prints were accepted, just so you know, the judges were not fond of digitally manipulated photos adding or changing colors and subjects not in the original shot.

Entry forms are available at Chatham Kids and the Chatham Bookstore, by emailing Barbara Peduzzi or download the application. Deadline for entries is June 15, 2009; where to submit is on the entry forms. “So many people are showing off photo skills, and we have such a photogenic area, we expect some great entries”, CBA representatives say.  “It’s part of the excitement of the new and improved Chatham!”
